Pro Elite International Rules, Regulations, and Event Information

(Held in conjunction with the NANBF KC Classic Figure amateur show)


Date: September 15, 2018. Show starts at 0830. Running Format. Show outline will be set after all entries received.

Location: Johnson County Community College 12345 College at Overland Park, KS 66210. Carlsen Center building. Yardley Hall Theater

CLICK HERE for Tickets: $45 all day pass. Child’s pass $15 under 12 and can only be purchased at the door with proof of age. All Tickets must be purchased from JCCC and there will be a surcharge and tax added.

Back stage pass will be allowed at one per competitor for $30. This is in addition to mandatory ticket that back stage helper much purchase.  This can only be purchased at registration.

Hotel: Book your group rate for IPE Pro International Group here!!!!  FairField Inn & Suites 12100 Blue Valley Parkway Overland Park, KS 66213. Microwaves and refrigerators are available. Rate $119. (913)338-3600 code is KC Classic. Cut off is 8/24/18! There are hotels closer to college but none of those had google reports that were adequate for the show. All competitors are responsible for any damages to hotel and will be charged to their credit card. Bring your own sheets and towels.

Awards: Trophy for first place, Custom Pro Elite medals for 2nd-5th place, plus

Show times: 8:30am Competition starts. Entire show format will be released closer to show date.

Divisions: Pro Bikini, Pro Figure, Pro Mens Bodybuilding, Pro Womens Bodybuilding, Pro Womens Physique, Pro Classic Physique and Pro Male Physique

Check-in: Friday September 14th from 3PM – 6PM FairField Inn Blue Valley Parkway, KS 66213. Pro Men be prepared to weigh in at Laser Sharp. If any competitors do not report for check-in prior to 6pm Friday they will be scratched from the show. Pro Contestant meeting will follow from 630-730pm at FairField Inn.  ALL PROS MUST HAVE CURRENT IPEPro Elite CARD BY SEPT14TH. WE WILL HAVE A LOG TO VERIFY. MUST SHOW CARD.

Entry Fees: $200 if received by September 5st. $300 if entered after September 2nd no entry accepted after September 7th. IPE Membership $150. Polygraph Exam $45 cash (payable to the examiner at the time of testing). All fees non-refundable.

Drug Testing: Polygraph testing for all competitors. Photo identification required. Results from recent polygraph exams performed for other contests will not be honored. It is the competitors’ responsibility to ensure they are polygraph tested for the event. If any competitors are not polygraph tested for the event they will be disqualified. Urine testing for top three place winners (in addition to their polygraph tests). Urine samples will be collected immediately after the conclusion of the show. It is the competitor’s responsibility to ensure a sample is provided before leaving the event. If competitors do not provide samples they are disqualified. Plus all competitors subject to additional forms of testing, if requested, at the discretion and expense of the promoter. Polygraph testing will start taking place on September Friday 9th -11th at the polygraphers office and host hotel the 13th-14th (times to be determined). Promoter will contact entrants 3-4 weeks before the show to schedule appointments for testing. Polygraph fee is $45 cash paid to polygrapher.

T-Walk: Figure and Bikini competitors have the option to use house music supplied by the Promoters or their own for stage walks. Music must be in good taste as well as the walks for a family event. Props are allowed for stage walks. Promoter reserves the right to limit posing routines and T-walks to top six depending on size of show.
